Jessica draws on her benefits expertise and extensive communications background to create winning benefits communications strategies for her clients. Her guidance and coaching has earned her a reputation as a trusted, patient, and persevering partner. And her clients—as well as her colleagues—can depend on her composure to defuse stressful situations and align their energies to deploy practical, effective solutions.
Jessica joined our team after close to a decade of benefits communications experience at Mercer. There, she led engagements for Fortune 500 clients across a broad range of industries, including, IT, finance, manufacturing, and health care. Helping her clients move forward with change, she developed and implemented strategies for health and financial wellness, performance management, and compensation communications.
Her client portfolio at Benz currently includes Danaher, Salesforce, and Williams-Sonoma, Inc.
When she’s not working, Jessica mixes it up at the gym with barre, spin, yoga, and interval training. She also enjoys working in her garden, reading nonfiction, browsing her local farmer’s markets, and hanging with her husband and their two cats. In her spare time, she volunteers at a local animal shelter and at a nearby farm sanctuary.
Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from Drexel University, and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
