Phoebe Snow
Office Manager
“I realized that my interests in books, movies, photography and all the arts have a common thread—storytelling. I appreciate others’ abilities to communicate meaningfully and beautifully, and I strive for that level of connection in many aspects of my life.”
How she ended up at Benz Communications is a long and interesting journey that starts in the South and continues through Atlanta, music halls in Europe, New York City, Carnegie Hall and is making its way through San Francisco.
Along the way Phoebe Snow has done a little of everything: Video camera operator, administrator of a non-profit, copy editor and proofreader for a book publisher, legal secretary for the ACLU, producer of multi-image and audio-visual presentations, rock band member.
Now, as our office manager, she’s helping organize our Potrero Hill workplace, making sure the team has the tools it needs to get its job done and sharing stories with us about what she has seen and where she has been.
True to her adventurous spirit, it’s hard for Phoebe to sit still. She prefers a wide variety of tasks. You’re just as likely to find her sitting at her desk proofing as you are organizing shelves in the back room.
Even as a child, it was hard to pin her down. The daughter of a Navy pilot, Phoebe moved around a lot, mostly on the coast in the southern states. She was a choral singer for years and has performed throughout the world.
You want to hear that golden voice? Just call us. Phoebe is the friendly voice that answers our phone line, and she’ll be happy to tell you all about her experiences.
