Mike Jennings

Project Manager

“I am a firm believer that any problem can be solved just by having good communication. Now a days it’s so hard to keep up with all of the benefits you’re entitled to with your employer. I help simplify all that, and I take great satisfaction knowing that we make our clients jobs easier, and their employees happier.”

Mike Jennings grew up playing a variety of sports, so teamwork was in his DNA. And he had a history of volunteering at non-profits, so we knew he had a lot of heart.

Those are the intangibles that got us excited when we first met the six-foot-three Southerner.

Since then our assistant project manager has continued to impress us. Like a good teammate, he pitches in where he can and pushes us to do better. And he cares. A lot. About the quality of our services and products. About our clients. About making sure everyone is enjoying his or her work.

He grew up in Columbus, Georgia, and later graduated from the University of Georgia. But after college wanderlust set in, and he found himself living in London and then San Diego. By the time he reached San Francisco, Mike had several years of experience as a project manager in the advertising industry—and a firm appreciation for the world.

He has managed a variety of brands while he worked in the advertising industry, including BMW motorcycles, Comfort Keepers, Siemens Medical, Stanford and Big Bear Resort. But his passion is with non-profits. He has led several pro bono projects for non-profits in San Francisco and San Diego.

His love of exploration is reflected in his hobbies: traveling, hiking, skiing, hunting, going to the beach, or attending local sporting events. You name the activity—he’ll probably join in.
