Jen Benz will be addressing the Health Action Council Ohio Kick-Off Conference 2011 on how the use of social media can help companies get the most from their benefits investment

San Francisco, CA—February 8, 2011—Jennifer Benz, founder and chief
strategist of Benz Communications, will present “Using Social Media to Get
the Most from Your Benefits Investment” at the Health Action Council Ohio
Kick-Off Conference 2011 in Columbus on February 11, 2011 at the Embassy
Suites in Dublin, OH. Benz Communications is a HR communications strategy
boutique.

In “Using Social Media to Get the Most from Your Benefits Investment,” which
Jen will present at 1:45pm, attendees will gain the understanding and tools
necessary to implement a social media component to their benefits
communication efforts. Additionally, Jen will introduce Benz
Communications’ Social Media Starter Kit, webinar series, and ongoing
content support which are being made available to HAC employer members at no
charge in 2011.

“I’m delighted to have been asked to address the topic of social media for
benefits communication at this important initiative. As our work with large
employers across the country attests, companies that understand the impact
of new technologies on employee engagement and incorporate them into their
benefits communication programs have much higher rates of employee
participation in their benefits programs, increased employee job
satisfaction, and a significantly higher return on their benefits
investment. Too often companies are overwhelmed by new technology, like
social media. In my presentation, I’ll share the often simple ways
companies can use social media to power their benefits communications and
boost employee engagement,” Jen stated.
