The Social Media Starter Kit was featured in an Employee Benefit News article in the November 2010 edition about why companies should use social media to reach employees.
The article quotes Jennifer Benz, who says there are many exciting things going on in social media. Jennifer says: “It’s not about one channel over the other. It’s really about having an integrated mix and having information accessible all the time.”
The article continues: “Benz was receiving so many questions from companies about how to use social media and other tools such as blogs, videos and podcasts that she created a social media toolkit for employers.”
She then gives her top tips for using social media.
