Jennifer Benz Interviewed in Best Practices & Compensation Apr 20, 2009

Jennifer Benz was recently interviewed for an article, “Be Up-Front When Communicating Pay-Cutting Strategies,” for the June edition of Best Practices in Compensation & Benefits. The article will also appear on Compensation.BLR.com and in BLR’s Compensation Ezine.

Benz discussed topics such as effective communication being open and honest when dealing with bad news and for the need for this type of communication to start at the top. She also stated the way companies handle their employees during a tough economy will be reflected in how well that company is able to retain and attract employees once the economy turns around.
