This WorldatWork podcast is the second of a three-part series. In the first podcast, Jen discussed strategy, trends, and challenges surrounding benefits information. The third podcast is scheduled for early October. The second part of the series covered social media as related to benefits communication.

The second podcast, titled Leveraging Social Media for Total Rewards Communications, was published September 27, 2011. Jen discussed how to get started with social media, as well as factors to consider when using social media channels.
