Jen talks with McLean Robbins of EBN about new trends in benefits communication and importance of benefits to individuals’ lives. More and more companies are using social media tools, such as blogs, podcasts, to get information across effectively to their employees. While the technology is relatively easy to use, which often allows companies to bypass the IT department and save money, Benz stresses the importance of making sure all materials, whether print or online, are professional.
