Twitter was a lunch topic the other day...thanks for clarifying where this could go and why. Been doing employee personal financial wellness training for over a decade and sadly, folks just don't get how valuable their benefits are or how to best sync them with thier personal plan. We have had a positive response to specific benefits information being delivered in less than 10 minute multimedia eLessons. But as you suggest, any tool has to be in context with an integrated plan to be effective...in our case, an integrated financial wellness initiative. As for Twitter, I'm for anything that points employees to the value of their workplace rewards... and diverts their attention away from the planet's string of financial hiccups.
