Toys“R”Us’ bilingual website received Employee Benefits News’ i-Comm Award for Best Website or Intranet Design & Usability. The award was presented at the 4th annual i-COMM Awards, held during EBN’s 24th annual Benefits Forum & Expo in September 2010.

The website provided employees the information and tools they needed to make informed decisions about their benefits plans, whether upon hire or during the Annual Enrollment process, as well as access to their account information throughout the year. The website also enabled the Benefits team to make immediate updates to posted information through the blog feature and engaging media, including videos and RSS Feeds. It has since become a trusted source of information for employees and their family members
